These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7det platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing the 7det platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any wager or bet — whether on casino games, crash games, or the sports sportsbook — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 7det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms apply to all users of the 7det platform regardless of geographic location within Bangladesh, device type (desktop browser, mobile browser, or tablet), or method of access. The platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh and is operated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
Participation in any gambling activity on the 7det platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions to the minimum age rule under any circumstances, including promotional periods, referral programmes, or VIP invitations.
18+ Mandatory: If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or accessing any gambling functionality on the 7det platform. Attempting to circumvent age verification controls is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
In addition to the age requirement, you must also meet the following eligibility criteria to use the 7det platform:

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 7det employee.

7det reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in suspension of the relevant account pending verification.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services available on 7det — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number, and preferred payment method.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 7det platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 7det detects the existence of duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them, including any pending bonus amounts.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your personal details change after registration — including your contact number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. 7det accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed payments arising from outdated player information.
KYC Verification
7det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:
- A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- A valid Bangladesh passport.
- A valid driving licence with photograph.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 90 days) confirming your address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name).
KYC verification may be triggered at any time but is most commonly required prior to processing a withdrawal request or when account activity triggers an internal review. Submitting falsified or fraudulent documents is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 7det platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 7det supports a range of locally trusted payment methods to ensure that depositing and withdrawing funds is as straightforward as possible for players across Bangladesh.

Deposits
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7det account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant MFS network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance depending on the processing times of your chosen bank and any scheduled banking windows.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees will be displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. 7det does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 7det payments team during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 24 hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 7det reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
Bonus Wagering: Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms at the time of the offer. Any withdrawal requested before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.
Responsible Payment Use
All funds deposited to your 7det account must originate from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is prohibited. 7det is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of a shared or third-party payment method and reserves the right to close accounts found to be in breach of this requirement.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
7det offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for newly registered accounts. All bonuses and promotions offered on the 7det platform are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above only.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered across eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The applicable contribution rates are detailed in each individual promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- 7det reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the determination made by 7det management shall be final and binding.
Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on 7det — including cricket markets for BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, and T20 World Cup events — are governed by individual market rules published within the sportsbook interface. 7det reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been affected by irregular activity, match abandonment, or data feed error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that produces an erroneous result — whether on a slot, table game, crash game, or live casino title — 7det reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. The decision of 7det management regarding malfunction-related disputes is final.
7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 7det platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with general standards of fair and lawful behaviour. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
- Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit platform features in ways not intended by 7det.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 7det platform or its payment infrastructure.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 7det platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7det staff members via any platform communication channel.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask your geographic location or circumvent platform access restrictions.
7det reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations and to share information with relevant authorities where required by law or where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your 7det account at any time by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat. Prior to closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal process described in Section 4.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming a concern, you may apply for voluntary self-exclusion through your account settings or by requesting it via live chat support. Self-exclusion locks your account for the period you select and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period has expired. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 7det
7det reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.
- A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
- Any other conduct deemed by 7det to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 7det reserves the right to withhold any balance held within the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a serious breach has occurred, balances may be forfeited in their entirety. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-requested closure or a failed KYC process with no evidence of fraud), real-money balances will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure.
